How I wake up in the morning - my wake up shake!

This is how I love to wake up every morning! I drink this pre-workout also. On weight days I mix it with coffee and 2 tbsp of honey and drink it about 45 minutes to an hour before. The proteins, vitamins and caffeine help me get through the workout and add the zing I like.
